MALACHI, book ofThe book was written around the same time as Ezra and Nehemiah. It is the last book of the Hebrew Scriptures (the Old Testament). Malachi delivered his message of judgment to a Judean audience familiar with worshipping at the temple in Jerusalem. The people of Judah had turned away from the true worship of the Lord, leaving themselves under judgment and in need of salvation.

mammonThe word is used to represent money and wealth that people may have acquired. It can become a stumbling block or a wall between man and God. It can cause man to focus and trust on his wealth rather than on God who is the true provider of all things.Ye cannot serve God and mammon. mannaAn edible substance that God provided for the Jewish people in the wilderness for over forty years. Manna was to be collected each day and, on the day before the Sabbath, enough for two days could be collected. This made the people dependent on God for their daily bread. The authors of the Scriptures, being led by the Holy Spirit of God, penned the original books of the Bible. mark of the beastThis is a symbol that will be placed on humans in the last days, identifying them as to who they are, and to whom they have pledged allegiance; the mark will allow them to buy and sell. It is thought that this mark will contain the numbers "666". "This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666." (Rev 13:18 NIV). We are told that it will be placed on the head and right hand of the unbeliever.the men which had the mark of the beast, Rev 16:2them that had received the mark of the beast, Rev 19:20
MARK, Gospel book ofThis book is thought to have been written by John Mark around 56 to 65 AD. It is the second book in the New Testament and the second book of the Gospel section. The book primarily focus on the things Jesus did and places where He went.
