Credits & acknowledgements

This dictionary could not have been done without the help of the native speakers of the Loxrlavu language. Many speakers have contributed to this dictionary over the years and they deserve the bulk of the credit for what has been accomplished. David Bradley of La Trobe University in Australia gave some helpful input. William R. Merrifield, Judith T. Merrifield and other linguists working with SIL International also helped.

Nai Chang is a colleague and friend of many years. He contributed entries to the dictionary; as a native-speaker of Mandarin Chinese, he was able to correct mistakes in the Chinese entries given by the native speakers (错别字); he provided translations from English to Chinese for the lemma entry notes sections; and, he provided some photos for the dictionary.
This dictionary was, and continues to be, a group effort.
