Introduction

The Cøllø language is spoken by 175,000 people living in the northeastern part of South Sudan, in the Upper Nile State, in the counties of Manyo, Fashoda, Malakal, Shulla.  In August 2015, a Rapid Word Collection workshop was held in which a group of speakers of the language collected over 10,000 Cøllø words.

Adding example sentences will take place over the next year.  We have decided to publish this work-in-progress, in order to document the work we have done so far.  We welcome suggestions and additions; please leave a message on the Contact Us page.
