PeterHe was one of the twelve apostles of Jesus Christ. This disciple was strongly opinionated in his thoughts and actions. He said he would not deny Christ but subsequently denied Him three times. He was an eyewitness to Christ 3 and 1/2 years of ministry and saw firsthand of His death, resurrection and ascension. He preached on the day of Pentecost and saw the coming of the promised Holy Spirit. He also authored two epistles.
