JAMES, book ofThis book is believed to have been written by James, the Lord's brother, somewhere between 45 and 60 AD. It was written to the Christians dispersed abroad. The book speaks to a variety of challenges to Christians. Some concern trials, royal law, faith and works, the tongue, two kinds of wisdom, judging, prayer, etc. The book is very practical in nature for the disciple. It gives direction on how the disciple should live here on earth.
