megbantugglorify, to praise.Lk 5:25."the man went home praising 'pegbantug' God. Lk 5:25.megbantug,"the shepherds returned with much praise and thanks to God.'Megbantug' means to "praise", to "say good things about". It is an appropriate term whether God or man is the object of praise. In some instances 'megpeselamat', "to give thanks" can be used as an elaboration, as in Lk 2:20, where the English says "praising and glorifying God". Also see GLORY.syndayew
