Dari Practical Dictionary (Dari-English, English-Dari) (2nd ed.), New York: Hippocrene Books, 2012. 30,000 entries with excellent appendices of geographical terms of Afghan provinces and districts, proverbs & expressions, musical terms, flora and fauna, forms of address, tribes, and verb forms.
Farani, Masud, etc. www.afghan-dic.com – The Great Dictionary of Afghanistan – قاموس کبیر افغانستان (qAmUs-e kabIr-e afghAnestAn) – د افغانستان لوی قاموس (da afghAnestAn lOE qAmUs), 2017. This comprehensive work has 45,000 entries and includes A Dictionary of Afghan Persian Slangs and other works. Helpful for pronunciation and colloquial Dari—and comparisons between Dari and Farsi.
Fishstein, Paul and Ghaznawi, M. Rahim. English-Dari Dictionary, Kabul: Peace Corps, 1979. About 7000 entries. Dictionary entries are in English, Dari transcription, and Dari. The second part of the dictionary is a list of idioms and phrases commonly used in everyday conversation—including Dari words without English translation, and grammatical terms. Neghat, Mohammad Nasim; Burhan, Esmael; and Gouttierre, Thomas E. The Dari-English Dictionary –قاموس دری-انگلیسی (qAmUs-e darI-englIsI), Center for Afghan Studies, University of Nebraska, Omaha, 1993. It includes 20,138 entries and is the standard Dari-English dictionary.
Sakaria, Sardar. Concise English-Dari Dictionary, Kabul, 1967. About 4000 entries. Dari is only transcribed—not in the Dari font. Dr. Wilson is mentioned in the introduction, and thanked for his assistance. It contains a 22-page appendix of grammar notes and useful words and phrases. It is short and not so useful. Sayd, Mustafa Ajan, Kiseleva, L.N. and Mikolaĭchik, V. I. Dari-English Dictionary – based on Dari-Russkiĭ slovar, 1978, 744 pages, Russian Language Publishing House, Moscow. This dictionary has about 20,000 entries. It is an excellent complement to Neghat’s dictionary from the University of Nebraska. The edition printed by Dunwoody Publishing has several pages missing in the beginning of غ (gh).

http://www.vajehyab.com – useful for pronunciation check and comprehensive searches (combines more than 20 dictionaries and sources, including Dehkhoda)
https://glosbe.com/en/fa -- with 180,000 entries and 4,400,000 examples, this is an excellent place to see how Farsi speakers have translated English words in books.

Redhouse, J.W. Redhouse’s Turkish Dictionary, London: Bernard Quaritch, 1880. 160,000 entries. Both English-Turkish and Turkish-English. A PDF is available online at https://www.academia.edu/44420751/Redhouses_Ottoman_Turkish_Dictionary_Redhouseun_Osmanl%C4%B1_T%C3%BCrk%C3%A7esi_S%C3%B6zl%C3%BC%C4%9F%C3%BC_ . Useful because it is in Arabic script.
