This is the ceremony right after the Spring Festival when the people place the yoke on the ox and give it good things to eat. Later the yoke is taken off the ox--this is a reminder that the time of rest is for the animals as well. The animal is not taken out to work until this ceremony has been completed. It may be the same day or later. It was reported that this word is not used in the village of ZhangJia.据说张家村那里不用此字。
